Couldn't help but laugh at this photo of Kitten. She was frolicking on my desk so I grabbed my camera and started taking photos but Kitten was not a big fan of the flash, as you can see by the peeved look on her face. Her little pink tongue was even sticking out of her mouth at bit as if to say, "pbbbt!" And since I had Photobooth open on my laptop at the time, you can actually see me taking the photo of her, which kind of makes for a funky shot.
And in other news, the sinus infection from hell made a raging comeback a few days before Christmas so I'm now on industrial strength antibiotics in hopes of getting rid of this thing for good. It made for a less than stellar Christmas, what with having the sinus infection again and dealing with the havoc the antibiotic has wreaked on the rest of my body, but this has allowed me to handle New Year's resolutions differently this time around. Rather than make a resolution I'm supposed to fulfill in the coming year, I am instead simply resolving to feel well enough by New Year's Eve to actually be able to go out and enjoy the night. And if I can manage that, I'll consider it a great start to the new year.
