Title: Compulsion

DECEMBER 15, 2005

"Withdrawal symptoms include intense craving for cigarettes, irritability, frustration, anger, anxiety, depression, insomnia, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, decreased heart rate, increased appetite, weight gain. These symptoms often interfere with your daily activities including your social life, work and other aspects of your life. Usually the first two days are not so bad. The withdrawal peaks at day 3 and is more or less the same for the next 5 days. From the 7th to 10th day, the smoker usually feels better and symptoms become less intense from day 10 to 14. The withdrawal period is usually two weeks for most smokers, although some experience withdrawal for up to six weeks."

I'm on day 3. It is HELL. Somehow I need to figure out how to get through the next few says without killing anyone. Right, like that's possible.
